1. Definitions: In these conditions of use:
Noble Steel, we, us or our means Noble Steel Limited, a company incorporated in New Zealand.
Customer means a person, business or other entity that requests a quotation, goods or services from Noble Steel, or enters into a quotation, contract, purchase order or other commercial arrangement with Noble Steel, whether as a prospective or existing customer.
Website means the website operated by Noble Steel, including its pages, content, images, documents, contact details, enquiry forms and other information or functionality made available through it.
2. Applicability of Conditions of Use:
These conditions of use apply to the Customer and all other Users of the Website.
3. Website access and acceptance
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms of Use and any policies expressly incorporated into them. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website. Separate quotations, contracts, credit-account terms or terms of trade may apply to goods or services supplied by Noble Steel. If those separate terms conflict with these Terms of Use in relation to a supply, the separate terms will prevail to the extent of the conflict.
Privacy and cookies: Noble Steel will handle personal information collected through the Website in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020, including the information privacy principles and applicable notification obligations. Quotations and transactions: Website content, enquiry forms and requests for pricing do not constitute an offer capable of acceptance unless expressly stated otherwise. A binding agreement for goods or services arises only when Noble Steel issues or accepts a written quotation, purchase order, contract or other confirmation in accordance with the applicable terms of trade. Electronic communications and electronic acceptance may be used to form or evidence agreements to the extent permitted by the Contract and Commercial Law Act 2017.
7. Order Goods
Requests submitted through the Website, including requests for quotations, pricing or services, are subject to confirmation by Noble Steel. A binding agreement arises only in accordance with the applicable written quotation, purchase order, contract or terms of trade. A person submitting a request on behalf of a business warrants that they are authorised to do so.

Unless otherwise stated, Noble Steel or its licensors own the copyright and other intellectual-property rights on the Website and its content. You may view, download and print reasonable extracts for your personal or internal business use. Images, dimensions, specifications, availability, lead times and descriptions may be indicative only unless confirmed in a written quotation or contract issued by Noble Steel. Noble Steel does not exclude any guarantee, representation or obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Exclusion of Liability:
